人类记忆有短期与长期之分。为了让新知识能够从短期记忆被传送到长期记忆,我们必须以小量的资讯来重复复习与强化。 Human memory is categorized into short-term and long-term memory. We need to revise and reinforce the information we receive in small quantity but repeatedly so that this newly acquired information can be transferred from short-term memory to long-term memory.
